Self Concept (1) Basic Workshop

If you are feeling stuck, unable to move on from a past situation, unemployment, relationship disaster, a job that you detest, career confusion, or any unforeseen event that has left you feeling helpless, lost, or confused, then it is time to re-evaluate your Self Concept. The motivation of this course is to help you find what personally works for you and to coach you into this desired state.
It must be understood that altering your self-concept and moving toward your ideal self are processes rather than one-time fixes. The goal of this course is to guide you through a step-by-step process that will help you change your self-concept and become the person you want to be.
